You can only apply with a non-Dutch nationality, please note: the nationality used to apply to get admission to a study programme needs to be identical to the nationality used to hand in a reservation request.

You are not from the neighbouring municipalities in Germany: Grafschaft Bentheim, Kreis Steinfurt, Kreis Borken, Kreis Coesfeld, Münster, Kreis Warendorf, Landkreis Osnabrück
