Course content
The course consists of 2 modules which combines theory and short case studies:
- International Business Law (6 ECTS)
- European Law (6 ECTS)
The modules are assessed in a written exam (with intermediate written and oral products on which you receive feedback)
The second part of the course consists of legal skills and negotiation and conflict management skills. These are assessed in an individual portfolio. (6 ECTS)
The third important element of the course is the interdisciplinary LAB work. You choose one or two assignments for a local or international client(s) and work with an interdisciplinary team of diverse students on this assignment. The result is a professional product for the client also containing a reflection report. Of course you are guided by a professional Saxion coach (12 ECTS)
