Requirements
If you would like to study at Saxion University of Applied Sciences for one or two semesters as an exchange student, please check with your home institution if they have a bilateral agreement with equivalent departments of Saxion.
To apply for exchange studies contact the International Office at your home institution. It is always your home institution that selects and nominates who they wish to send as exchange students. You are allowed to apply for your study at the International Business School after your home university sends your nominationan to Monique Perik, email address: m.l.perik@saxion.nl.
After being nominated by your home institution, you can apply online using our online application form.
Click on the 'Apply now' button above and follow the steps. After you created an account and applied for the exchange programme of your choice, please make sure you upload the following documents:
- (Passport) picture
- Copy of passport
- Most recent transcript

The student desks are open from Monday – Friday between 8.00 - 16.30. They are happy to help all (aspiring) Saxion students, irrespective of the location of their programme.
