Are you interested in containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)? Do you want to gain special knowledge about designing and automating Cloud services in public, hybrid and multicloud solutions? This mature Cloud Engineering program will deliver all the knowledge you need to become a specialized Cloud Engineer. This is an exchange programme from the School of Creative Technology.

(30 ECTS)
Cloud Engineering consists of 3 courses and 1 project.
T.50484 Architecting The Cloud (5 ECTS) will cover knowledge about best practices and (anti-)patterns for designing hybrid and/or public Cloud architectures and migration strategies. T.50479 Cloud Automation Concepts (5 ECTS) will focus on the automated provisioning of resources, deployment of applications, and configuration management. You will gain knowledge about state-of-the-art tools to manage multicloud infrastructure. T.56370 Public Cloud Concepts (5 ECTS) will cover the concepts and technical possibilities of the major public cloud providers (using AWS, Azure, or Google CP). T.50485 Project Cloud Engineering (15 ECTS) is a project for an external company that requires a team of a maximum of 5 students to design, realize, and automate a (hybrid) cloud solution.
