Welcome to Saxion, University of Applied Sciences. You have registered for the Master Innovative Textile Development (English taught) at the school of Creative Technology in Enschede. On this page you can find all the important information that you need to know to get started!

During the introduction you will receive more information about your class and schedule.

Classes will start on Monday 2 September. Your schedule will be available online at Xedule  in August. Please check all schedules, so you will have an idea about subjects and times on the first days of your study. You will receive detailed information upon arrival at Saxion University and online. 

All lessons will be offline, so you must be physically at Saxion.

On MySaxion.nl you will find all the tools you need for your studies at Saxion. You can find the following on MySaxion:

  • Your timetable and changes to your timetable;
  • Information about exams;

MySaxion Student App
Thanks to the new MySaxion Student App, you can now check your phone at any moment to see your current timetable and exam timetable. If a timetable changes, then you will receive a notification. Read on to see how to install the app and what you can expect of it.

We want to welcome you to the introduction of your master’s course Innovative Textile Development at Saxion on Wednesday the 28th and Thursday 29th of August 2024.

These two days are mandatory and designed to get acquainted with Saxion, the School, your study and classmates.

Introduction students – Everyone must introduce themselves during the proposal round by an object, which can be anything. It can represent your character, your passion for something, it doesn’t matter, as long as it tells something about you. And bring a small snack/ small simple dish of the country of origin, for approximately 15 people. So, keep it simple! And it has to be only a small bite!

A few important notes:

  • Without lab instruction you are not allowed to work in the labs!
  • For the introduction in our lab's trousers are mandatory in this case, so for the girls no skirts or dresses are allowed. Solid shoes, so no sandals or slippers.

 

Additional info
Costs per year are about 750 euro’s, not only for books, but also for travel expenses and other unforeseen expenditure.

The Epy Drost building on the Van Galenstraat will be closed from July 29 to August 16.

However, during the vacation period the Front Office will have limited accessibility:

  • 22 to 26 July: by mail and by phone from 8 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. CET
  • 29 July to 16 August: only via e-mail.
  • From 19 August: available by e-mail and by phone from 8 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. CET

During the above period, an answer to your question may take a little longer than usual.
