Digital United Training Concepts for Healthcare
Topic
Because the demand for care is increasing and staff shortages are increasing, a shortage of 20% in operating capacity is expected by 2030. In order to reduce the outflow of current healthcare personnel, increase the inflow (and training capacity) and to provide sufficient further training in the context of sustainable employability and career development, a joint transformation of healthcare training in the Netherlands is necessary. By replacing part of the practical hours in the training with physical and virtual simulation, more healthcare professionals can be trained faster and more completely.
Ambient Intelligence contributes to the development and preparation of these virtual simulations.
