Introduction

The programme is a mix of state of the art HR theory and case-based practices, incorporating students own experiences to the traditional and modern western Human Resource concepts, theories and models. The practical training accompanies the lectures, deepening the theory furthermore by overarching cases aimed at practical implications and applications. The course comprises formal lectures, group work, pair work, independent study, project work.

In all modules, next to class sessions, students are expected to do a lot of work on their own. Learning is finding out things by yourself. Students learn by doing.

Course content

The three month-course consists of 3 modules:

  • human resource management (theory and practical training)
  • human resource accounting (theory and management-game)
  • organization theory and design (theory and cases).

Specific Requirements

This course gives students from various backgrounds and education the opportunity to gain a practical insight in managing human resources, backed up by a solid knowledge of the applicable Human Resource theory.

  • TOEFL 5,5 English-proficiency
  • Minimum level of education: Bachelor
